Vinsobres red Cuvée Référence from Domaine Jaume .  Vintage: 2021 .  🍇: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre .  👀: In the glass, it's dark yet vibrant. Deep red, almost black at the rim . 👃: First impression: ripe black fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant, plum. Then it gently evolves. A peppery touch (thanks to the Syrah), a hint of garrigue that instantly transports you to the south, like sun-baked thyme and hot pebbles. And behind it… something darker, almost animalistic, a light leather, like a jacket you might have worn to an AC/DC concert in 1987. It smells of life, basically . 👄: A direct, straightforward attack. It bursts with fruit, it unfolds with substance. The tannins are there.
