Le Grenache, c’est ce pote solaire qui débarque en retard au dîner avec une chemise ouverte, des olives plein les doigts et une histoire d’amour à raconter. Tu sais qu’il va prendre toute la place à table. Et franchement… tant mieux. Ce cépage-là ne murmure jamais, il danse. Il y a des vins qu’on respecte. Et puis il y a ceux qu’on a envie d'embrasser. Le Grenache fait partie de la deuxième catégorie. Je crois que je suis tombé amoureux de lui un soir d’orage dans le Sud. Une terrasse encore chaude de la journée, une nappe qui collait un peu aux avant-bras, des côtelettes d’agneau, du romarin qui brûlait quelque part, et ce verre.
