🍇: 100% Malbec

. 

👀: In the glass, it's dark. Not just red, but deep cherry black. A dense, almost oily color that catches the light like an old vinyl record catches dust. It shines softly, but it already promises depth

👃: First nose: bam. It smells like blackberries that have been in the sun all day. Behind that, a juicy black cherry, and then something deeper… like homemade jam forgotten on the stove, with a hint of cocoa and a caress of damp earth after the rain. And then there's this little twist: an almost sanguine sensation (logical given the name), a ferrous, vibrant quality

👄: The attack is direct, without hesitation. The wine enters the scene like Rocky Balboa: solid, grounded, ready to take on and give. The substance is there, generous, with tannins that are present but not harsh; they grip without scratching. Velvety, almost pulpy texture. We find black fruits, even riper, with a touch of spice that arrives on the finish. The finish? Long, earthy, a little wild. It lingers, it insists, it makes you want to come back.

🍇 : 100% Malbec 

. 

👀: Dans le verre, c’est sombre. Pas juste rouge, noir cerise, profond. Une robe dense, presque huileuse, qui accroche la lumière comme un vieux vinyle accroche la poussière. Ça brille doucement, mais ça promet déjà du fond.

👃: Premier nez : bam. Ça sent la mûre qui a pris le soleil toute la journée. Derrière, une cerise noire bien juteuse, et puis un truc plus profond… genre confiture maison oubliée sur le feu, avec une pointe de cacao et une caresse de terre humide après la pluie. Et puis y’a ce petit twist : une sensation presque sanguine (logique vu le nom), un côté ferreux, vivant.

👄 : L’attaque est directe, sans détour. Le vin rentre en scène comme Rocky Balboa : solide, ancré, prêt à encaisser et à donner. La matière est là, généreuse, avec des tanins bien présents mais pas brutaux, ça accroche sans griffer. Texture veloutée, presque pulpeuse. On retrouve les fruits noirs, mais plus mûrs encore, avec une touche épicée qui débarque en fin de bouche. La finale ? Longue, terrienne, un peu sauvage. Ça reste, ça insiste, ça te fait revenir.

Accords mets et vin : Un bon burger bien juteux avec du cheddar fondu et des oignons caramélisés.

Y’a des endroits où la terre parle… et ici, elle a clairement quelque chose à dire. Le Château de Goudou, c’est posé là, tranquille, au cœur de Cahors. Pas dans le show-off, pas dans le folklore carte postale. Juste des vignes, du silence, et ce truc un peu magnétique qui te fait comprendre que le vin, ici, c’est pas une industrie — c’est une histoire de lien. Une histoire de famille, de continuité, de gens qui bossent leur Malbec comme on entretient un feu : avec patience et instinct.
