🍇: French wheat blended with a Queyras potato distillate

. 

👀: Crystalline, obviously. But not smooth like a supermarket vodka, no; this one has a density in its transparency, a sort of polar shine.

👃: First inhale: it smells clean, but not sanitized. More like a discreet background of hot cereal. Then come notes of sweet potatoes, a hint of toast, a hint of iced vanilla. It's clean, frank, with a certain authentic je ne sais quoi.

 👄: The attack is gentle, then the build-up reminds you that we're talking about a 41.5°. A controlled warmth, not a burn, a muscular hug. Round, almost creamy texture, balanced by a grain of wheat that adds tension and a slight final dryness.

The finish? Long, clean, mineral, like a breath of fresh air at the top of a mountain after a shot of purity.

🍇 : Blé français assemblé avec un distillat de pommes de terre du Queyras

👀: Cristalline, évidemment. Mais pas lisse comme une vodka de supermarché non, celle-ci a une densité dans la transparence, une sorte de brillance polaire.

👃: Première inspiration : ça sent le propre, mais pas l’aseptisé. Plutôt un fond discret de céréales chaudes. Puis viennent des notes de pommes de terre sucrées, une pointe de pain grillé, un petit trait de vanille glacée. C’est net, franc, avec un je-ne-sais-quoi d’authentique.

👄 : L’attaque est douce, puis la montée en puissance te rappelle qu’on parle d’un 41,5°. Une chaleur maîtrisée, pas une brûlure, un câlin musclé. Texture ronde, presque crémeuse, équilibrée par un grain de blé qui apporte de la tension et une légère sécheresse finale.

La finale ? Longue, nette, minérale, comme un souffle d’air frais au sommet d’une montagne après un shot de pureté.

La Distillerie Saint Véran, c’est pas juste un alambic posé en altitude. C’est un coin de montagne où les nuages passent saluer les cuves avant de filer vers la vallée. Là où l’eau jaillit glacée, où les patates ont le goût du sol et du silence, et où chaque goutte distillée sent la patience et la passion.
