Un nez expressif sur des notes de fruits rouges (fraise, framboise), les épices. En bouche on a un vin avec un bel équilibre fruits alcool, des tanins soyeux, un vin très élégant. Une explosion de fruits en bouche (fraise, framboise, Cerise, Myrtille, cassis). Viennent ensuite les épices (poivre noir, la réglisse, petite touche de graines d'anis. Une belle gourmandise en bouche avec une longueur folle et interminable avec une finale sur des notes chocolatées. Un vin d'une grande finesse. Dégusté en Mai 2022.

An expressive nose with notes of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), spices. On the palate, we have a wine with a good fruit-alcohol balance, silky tannins, a very elegant wine. An explosion of fruit on the palate (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant). Then come the spices (black pepper, licorice, small touch of anise seeds. A beautiful greed in the mouth with a crazy and endless length with a finish on chocolate notes. A wine of great finesse. Tasted in May 2022 .
