A La Londe les Maures, en bordure littorale de l’appellation Côtes de Provence, entre Toulon et St Tropez, le Château Les Valentiness'étend sur 50 ha de schistes, où vignes, pinèdes et garrigues exposées plein sud, sont balayées par le mistral et baignées par la douce influence de la mer.
Ce climat et ce terroir exceptionnels permettent chaque année de vinifier des vins biologiquesd’un très grand équilibre et d’une belle régularité.
LES VIGNES EXISTENT DEPUIS LES ANNÉES 1900
Et les récoltes ont longtemps été portées en cave coopérative, jusqu’à ce que la famille Pons-Massenot les reprenne en 1997 pour créer le Château Les Valentines. Le nom du domaine s'inspire des prénoms mélangés des enfants, Valentin et Clémentine.En 20 ans, avec une équipe enthousiaste, partageant la même passion du terroir, de la vigne et du vin, le domaine s’est développé au cœur de la Provence méditerranéenne ; un coin de paradis, qui confirme au fil du temps qu’elle est aussi une grande région viticole.
