👃: Now this... it's a fruit extravaganza. Fresh cherry, redcurrant, raspberry crushed on a summer tablecloth.But wait... there's a hint of English candy underneath, like a strawberry Tagada that's gotten a bit of a sunburn. And a darker, almost licorice note

👄: A bold, direct attack, no hesitation. The fruit explodes, but without overwhelming you: it's juicy, crisp, and incredibly easy to digest. The tannins? Supple, almost caressing. It's as if they don't want to disturb, just accompany. And then there's this freshness, a real backbone. It flows smoothly, makes you want to go back for more. The finish? Clean, crisp, with a touch of acidity. I love it.

👀: Dans le verre, c’est rouge rubis qui claque. Une robe fluide, presque insouciante.

👃:Alors là… c’est la fête au fruit.

Cerise fraîche, groseille, framboise écrasée sur une nappe en été.

Mais attends… derrière, y’a un petit côté bonbon anglais, genre fraise Tagada qui aurait pris un coup de soleil. Et une pointe plus sombre, presque réglisse.

👄 : Attaque franche, directe, ça ne tergiverse pas.Le fruit explose, mais sans t’écraser : c’est juteux, croquant, hyper digeste.Les tanins ? Souples, presque caressants. On dirait qu’ils veulent pas déranger, juste accompagner.Et là, t’as cette fraîcheur, une vraie colonne vertébrale. Ça file droit, ça donne envie d’y retourner.La finale ? Propre, nette, avec un petit retour acidulé. J'adore.

Accords mets et vin : Une planche de charcuterie. Un poulet rôti du dimanche.Ou même une pizza un peu grasse.

The Striffling family has been cultivating their patch of granite for generations, but without ever thinking of themselves as guardians of a temple. Their thing? To let the earth speak, without fuss, letting the vines sing their own voice.

When you taste their wines, you feel like opening the shutters on a clear morning: they pulse with fruit, they burst with freshness, but always with that mineral, straightforward base that reminds you of where they come from. These are straightforward, luminous bottles, in which you sense both the rigor of the granite and the generosity of those who make them.

Le Domaine Striffling, c’est un peu comme un vieux pote de campagne qui t’accueille dans la vigne, sourire franc, verre à la main.Ici, on est à Quincié-en-Beaujolais, au pied des collines qui sentent la pierre chaude et les herbes sauvages. La famille Striffling cultive son coin de granit depuis des générations, mais sans jamais se prendre pour des gardiens de temple. Leur truc ? Faire parler la terre, sans chichi, en laissant les ceps chanter leur accent.

Quand tu goûtes leurs vins, t’as l’impression d’ouvrir les volets sur un matin clair : ça pulse de fruit, ça claque de fraîcheur, mais toujours avec ce fond minéral, droit, qui rappelle d’où ça vient.
