And you, do you know the Altesse grape variety?  .  🍷AOP Roussette du Bugey 2022 organic from the Martin Barbaz estate  .  🍇Altesse .  👁️A golden color with green highlights  . 👃A nose with notes of white fruits, flowers, flint, gunflint, lemon.  .  💋When tasting this wine, we are transported by its minerality, its fruity sweetness and its light taste of butter. Its roundness and aromatic character make it a unique taste experience. We find aromas of ripe fruits such as apple, pear, white peach and quince. The perfect balance between freshness and fruity flavor is remarkable.  Its length in the mouth is pleasant, leaving a refreshing finish with citrus notes, which provides a very pleasant salivating and saline sensation.
