🍇: Triple distilled in swan-neck pot stills. Aged for 4 years in sherry hogshead and bourbon casks

.

👀: Deep amber gold. The legs on the glass? Slow, oily, almost lazy. They hint at the texture even before you take a sip

.

👃: The casks speak volumes. The sherry hogshead contributes raisins, dates, dried fig, and a touch of walnut. The bourbon adds vanilla, light caramel, and subtle coconut. The blend evokes the aroma of a clandestine bakery. Like a candied fruitcake forgotten in an oak-paneled attic

👄: Attack: Smooth like a radio-friendly ballad chorus. Mid-palate: The sherry takes center stage, with dried fruit, a hint of prune, and a touch of chocolate. Then the bourbon responds with vanilla, sweet spices, and toasted wood. Creamy texture, round but not flabby.

Finish: Medium+, with sweet oak and a slight peppery vibration that tickles the tongue.

🍇 : Distillé à trois reprises en alambics à col de cygne. Vieilli 4 ans dans des fûts de sherry hogshead et Bourbon

. 

👀: Or ambré profond. Les jambes sur le verre ? Lentes, grasses, presque paresseuses. Ça annonce déjà la texture avant même d’y tremper les lèvres.

👃: Les fûts parlent clairement. 

Le sherry hogshead balance les raisins secs, les dattes, la figue sèche et une touche de noix. Le bourbon débarque avec vanille, caramel blond et coco discrète. Le mélange donne un parfum de pâtisserie clandestine. Genre un cake aux fruits confits oublié dans un grenier en bois de chêne.

. 

👄 : Attaque : douce comme un refrain de balade FM. Milieu : le sherry prend la parole, fruits secs, pruneau léger, pointe chocolatée. Puis le bourbon répond, vanille, épices douces, bois toasté. Texture crémeuse, ronde mais pas molle.

Finale : moyenne +, sur le chêne sucré et une petite vibration poivrée qui titille la langue.
