En bouche, on a un vin avec une belle puissance et rondeur. Sur des arômes de mûres, cassis, myrtilles, épices (poivre en grains, réglisses), petites touches vanillées. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes de violette et d'eucalyptus.

Une belle cuvée qui allie puissance et rondeur en bouche. Un équilibre parfait avec cette petite touche vanillée due à l'élevage. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié cette bouteille que je vous recommande pour les plus gourmands.

Depuis plus de 5 générations, notre famille PHILIP, Propriétaires Récoltants, travaille la vigne dans le respect et l’adaptation des terroirs et cépages. Notre ambition est la qualité.
Situé sur la commune de Sabran, une des plus grandes Communes classées en Côtes du Rhône, notre exploitation compte aujourd’hui 130 Hectares de vignes.
Implanté sur la rive droite du Rhône, notre vignoble se trouve essentiellement sur des coteaux dominant le paysage environnant. Son panorama, est longuement ouvert à l’horizon et bénéficie d’une exposition Sud /Sud-est, lui permettant de profiter d’un maximum d’ensoleillement. Nous travaillons différents cépages :
En rouge : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Artaban, Caladoc, Counoise, Marselan, Alicante.
En blanc : Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Uni-blanc, Bourboulenc, Sauvignon, Muscat petit grain, Clairette, Grenache blanc.
Les parcelles de vignes, sont dispersées autour du village de Sabran, sur des sols très diversifiés et caillouteux de types : calcaires et argilo-calcaires, d’anciennes terrasses argilo-siliceuses et sablonneuses.

On the palate, we have a wine with great power and roundness. With aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, spices (peppercorns, licorice), small touches of vanilla. A nice length in the mouth with a finish with notes of violet and eucalyptus.
📜In summary📜:
A beautiful vintage which combines power and roundness on the palate. A perfect balance with this little touch of vanilla due to aging. I really enjoyed this bottle which I recommend for those with a sweet tooth.

For more than 5 generations, our PHILIP family, Harvesting Owners, has worked the vines while respecting and adapting the terroirs and grape varieties. Our ambition is quality.
Located in the commune of Sabran, one of the largest classified communes in Côtes du Rhône, our farm now has 130 hectares of vines.
Located on the right bank of the Rhône, our vineyard is mainly located on hillsides dominating the surrounding landscape. Its panorama is long open to the horizon and benefits from a South/South-East exposure, allowing it to benefit from maximum sunshine. We work with different grape varieties:
In red: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Artaban, Caladoc, Counoise, Marselan, Alicante.
In white: Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Uni-blanc, Bourboulenc, Sauvignon, Muscat petit grain, Clairette, Grenache blanc.
The plots of vines are scattered around the village of Sabran, on very diverse and stony soil types: limestone and clay-limestone, old clay-siliceous and sandy terraces.

Al palato abbiamo un vino di grande potenza e rotondità. Con aromi di more, ribes nero, mirtilli, spezie (pepe in grani, liquirizia), piccoli tocchi di vaniglia. Bella persistenza in bocca con un finale su note di viola ed eucalipto.

Una bella annata che unisce potenza e rotondità al palato. Un equilibrio perfetto con questo piccolo tocco di vaniglia dovuto all'invecchiamento. Mi è piaciuta molto questa bottiglia che consiglio a chi ha un debole per i dolci.

Situata nel comune di Sabran, uno dei più grandi comuni classificati della Côtes du Rhône, la nostra azienda agricola conta oggi 130 ettari di vigneto.
Situato sulla riva destra del Rodano, il nostro vigneto è situato principalmente sui pendii che dominano il paesaggio circostante. Il suo panorama è a lungo aperto verso l'orizzonte e beneficia di un'esposizione Sud/Sud-Est, che gli consente di beneficiare del massimo soleggiamento. Lavoriamo con diversi vitigni:
In rosso: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Artaban, Caladoc, Counoise, Marselan, Alicante.
In bianco: Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Uni-blanc, Bourboulenc, Sauvignon, Muscat petit grain, Clairette, Grenache blanc.
Gli appezzamenti di vite sono sparsi intorno al villaggio di Sabran, su terreni molto diversi e sassosi: calcarei e argillosi-calcarei, antichi terrazzamenti argillosi-silicei e sabbiosi.
