Une robe de couleur or paille 

👃 :

Un nez sur des notes d'agrumes (citron vert), ananas, mangue.  

💋 :

En bouche, on a un vin léger, frais et fruité. Une bonne minéralité. Sur des arômes de pomme Granny Smith, de citron, pamplemousse. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes d'abricot sec et ce petit goût pétrole que j'aime beaucoup.

📜En résumé📜 :

Un beau Riesling bien salivent. De la fraîcheur, du fruit. Un vin équilibré. Un rapport prix plaisir très sympathique, je vous le recommande.

🧆Dégusté sur Cuisses de grenouilles en persillade 🧆. 

🍷Quelques accords mets et vin possible avec cette cuvée🍷 : Huîtres, Cuisine chinoise, Aumônières de saumon, Choucroute,....

🇫🇷🗣️Description du Domaine 🇫🇷🗣️

Le vignoble alsacien présente une combinaison unique de grands types de sols qui forment un véritable « kaléidoscope » de géologies. Le grès rose, le schiste bleu, le calcaire, le granit, le gypse, l'argile et les roches volcaniques comptent parmi les sols les plus intéressants. Chaque vignoble est soigneusement sélectionné en fonction des types de sols et des pratiques environnementales, ils sont tous situés dans la région d'Hunawihr. 

"En matière de vinification, j'aime faire simple... Les raisins sont vendangés à la main avant d'être pressés en grappe entière ou macérés (Pinot Noir). Après un pressurage long et doux, le jus est transféré en cuve pour un débourbage statique doux. La fermentation lente, fraîche et naturelle peut durer jusqu'à trois mois, suivie de quelques mois de vieillissement. Tous ces détails nous aident à refléter et à préserver le « sentiment d'appartenance ».

 A straw gold colored dress

 A nose with notes of citrus (lime), pineapple, mango.

 💋:

 On the palate, we have a light, fresh and fruity wine.  Good minerality.  With aromas of Granny Smith apple, lemon, grapefruit.  A good length in the mouth with a finish with notes of dried apricot and this little petroleum taste that I really like.

 📜In summary📜:

 A beautiful, mouth-watering Riesling.  Freshness, fruit.  A balanced wine.  A very pleasant value for money, I recommend it.

 🧆Tasted on frog legs with parsley 🧆.

🇬🇧🗣️Domain Description 🇬🇧🗣️

The Alsatian vineyard presents a unique combination of major soil types which form a true “kaleidoscope” of geologies.  Some of the most interesting soils include pink sandstone, blue shale, limestone, granite, gypsum, clay and volcanic rocks.  Each vineyard is carefully selected based on soil types and environmental practices, they are all located in the Hunawihr region.

 "When it comes to winemaking, I like to keep it simple... The grapes are harvested by hand before being pressed whole clusters or macerated (Pinot Noir). After a long and gentle pressing, the juice is transferred to vats to  gentle static settling. Slow, fresh and natural fermentation can last up to three months, followed by a few months of aging. All these details help us reflect and preserve the “sense of place”.

 Al palato abbiamo un vino leggero, fresco e fruttato.  Buona mineralità.  Con aromi di mela Granny Smith, limone, pompelmo.  Buona lunghezza in bocca con un finale con note di albicocca secca e questo piccolo sapore di petrolio che mi piace molto.

 📜In sintesi📜:

 Un Riesling bello e appetitoso.  Freschezza, frutta.  Un vino equilibrato.  Un rapporto qualità prezzo molto piacevole, lo consiglio.

Il vigneto alsaziano presenta una combinazione unica dei principali tipi di terreno che formano un vero e proprio “caleidoscopio” di geologie.  Alcuni dei terreni più interessanti includono arenaria rosa, scisto blu, calcare, granito, gesso, argilla e rocce vulcaniche.  Ogni vigneto è accuratamente selezionato in base alla tipologia del terreno e alle pratiche ambientali, sono tutti situati nella regione di Hunawihr.

 "Quando si tratta di vinificare, mi piace mantenerlo semplice... Le uve vengono raccolte a mano prima di essere pigiate a grappolo intero o macerate (Pinot Nero). Dopo una pressatura lunga e soffice, il succo viene trasferito in tini a temperatura statica delicata La fermentazione lenta, fresca e naturale può durare fino a tre mesi, seguita da alcuni mesi di affinamento: tutti questi dettagli ci aiutano a riflettere e preservare il “senso del luogo”.
