En bouche, on a un vin avec des tanins fondus et ronds. Un vin puissant, mais élégant. Avec des arômes de griottes, framboises, fraises des bois, poivre en grains. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes mentholées et de cèdre.

Un excellent Ventoux rouge qui allie puissance, rondeur et plaisir en bouche. Un vin avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je vous le recommande, vous allez adorer.

Classé « Réserve de la Biosphère » par l'UNESCO en 1990, le site du Mont Ventoux sert d’écrin à des terroirs travaillés dans le respect de la nature et du patrimoine culturel et historique de la région. C’est au sein d’un des microclimats les plus frais du sud de la Vallée du Rhône que nos vignes, perchées entre 200 et 500 mètres d’altitude, bénéficient de la protection naturelle du « Géant de Provence » contre le Mistral. Bercées par le soleil provençal, elles s’épanouissent sur les contreforts sud-ouest du Mont Ventoux, assises sur des sols calcaires durs et d’alluvions anciennes conférant ainsi à nos vins cette particularité d’arômes frais et fruités.
Sur les versants du Mont Ventoux, le monde méditerranéen et le monde alpin se côtoient entre chênes verts, chênes blancs, cèdres, hêtres, mélèzes et pins… de très nombreuses espèces végétales et une faune variée foisonnent et transmettent à nos vins leur authenticité et leur personnalité. Inspirés de ce foisonnement, nos vins rouges sont souples et riches d’arômes, allant des fruits rouges et des épices au cuir, à la réglisse et à la truffe. Dans leur sillage, les rosés frais longs en bouche se parent de notes de cerises, de framboises et de fleurs… les vins blancs rappellent les fleurs d’iris, l’acacia et les agrumes. Vinifiés selon des méthodes alliant l’ancestral à des techniques modernes, élevés avec soin et mis en bouteilles dans nos caves, nos vins sont élaborés dans le respect de la tradition et du savoir-faire vigneron, avec toujours, le Ventoux dans l’âme…

Classified as a "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO in 1990, the Mont Ventoux site serves as a setting for terroirs worked with respect for nature and the cultural and historical heritage of the region. It is in one of the coolest microclimates in the south of the Rhône Valley that our vines, perched between 200 and 500 meters above sea level, benefit from the natural protection of the “Géant de Provence” against the Mistral. Cradled by the Provençal sun, they flourish on the southwestern foothills of Mont Ventoux, sitting on hard limestone soils and old alluvium, thus giving our wines this particularity of fresh and fruity aromas.
On the slopes of Mont Ventoux, the Mediterranean world and the Alpine world rub shoulders between holm oaks, white oaks, cedars, beeches, larches and pines... very many plant species and a varied fauna abound and transmit their authenticity and their personality. Inspired by this abundance, our red wines are supple and rich in aromas, ranging from red fruits and spices to leather, liquorice and truffles. In their wake, the long-lasting fresh rosés take on notes of cherries, raspberries and flowers… the white wines are reminiscent of iris flowers, acacia and citrus fruits. Al palato abbiamo un vino dai tannini fusi e rotondi. Un vino potente ma elegante. Con aromi di marasche, lamponi, fragoline di bosco, pepe in grani. Buona persistenza in bocca con finale di mentolo e note di cedro.

Classificato come "Riserva della biosfera" dall'UNESCO nel 1990, il sito del Mont Ventoux funge da cornice per i terroir lavorati nel rispetto della natura e del patrimonio culturale e storico della regione. È in uno dei microclimi più freschi del sud della Valle del Rodano che i nostri vigneti, arroccati tra i 200 ei 500 metri sul livello del mare, beneficiano della protezione naturale del “Géant de Provence” contro il maestrale. Cullati dal sole provenzale, fioriscono alle pendici sud-occidentali del Mont Ventoux, adagiati su terreni calcarei duri e vecchie alluvioni, conferendo così ai nostri vini questa particolarità di aromi freschi e fruttati.
Sulle pendici del Mont Ventoux, mondo mediterraneo e mondo alpino si incontrano tra lecci, querce bianche, cedri, faggi, larici e pini... moltissime specie vegetali e una fauna variegata abbondano e trasmettono la loro autenticità e la loro personalità. Ispirati da questa abbondanza, i nostri vini rossi sono morbidi e ricchi di aromi, che vanno dai frutti rossi e spezie al cuoio, alla liquirizia e al tartufo. Sulla loro scia, i rosati freschi e di lunga persistenza assumono note di ciliegie, lamponi e fiori... i vini bianchi ricordano i fiori di iris, acacia e agrumi.
