La Cave Chevalier est implantée dans la Drôme, entre Lyon et Marseille, dans le sud de la France.
Le climat et les cépages sont à l’origine de la qualité des vins de la Cave Chevalier. Nées de la fusion, du travail de l’Homme et de la Terre, les vignes restituent ce doux nectar. La Nature est préservée.
L’exposition au soleil lui permet d’obtenir des récoltes de qualité. Les vignes poussent au chant des cigales et le raisin se délecte de chaque rayon de soleil. Sa position septentrionale permet d’exprimer tout son potentiel aromatique. Nous exploitons aujourd’hui 17 hectares de vignes, intégralement en Crozes Hermitage.Nous avons planté cette année 2019 du vin de pays ainsi que du saint joseph blanc et rouge.Nous planterons en 2020 du St Peray, nous ferons du vin tranquille et pétillant

On the palate, we have a wine with a beautiful fat, buttery and aromatic. On aromas of yellow peach, apples, pears, apricot. A good length in the mouth with a fresh finish on notes of marzipan and mint.

La Cave Chevalier is located in Drôme, between Lyon and Marseille, in the south of France.
The climate and the grape varieties are at the origin of the quality of the wines of the Cave Chevalier. Born from the fusion, from the work of Man and the Earth, the vines restore this sweet nectar. Nature is preserved.
Exposure to the sun allows it to obtain quality harvests. The vines grow to the song of the cicadas and the grapes revel in every ray of sunshine. Its northern position allows it to express its full aromatic potential. Today we operate 17 hectares of vines, entirely in Crozes Hermitage. This year 2019 we planted local wine as well as white and red Saint Joseph. In 2020 we will plant St Peray, we will make still and sparkling wine

Al palato abbiamo un vino dalla bella struttura grassa, burrosa e aromatica. Su aromi di pesca gialla, mela, pera, albicocca. Buona la persistenza in bocca con un finale fresco su note di marzapane e menta.

Un bellissimo Crozes Hermitage bianco proprio come piace a me. Con una bella rotondità, grasso e un finale fresco che rinfresca perfettamente le papille gustative prima di versarsene un secondo bicchiere.
