Situé au cœur du village typique de Cavillargues, le Domaine de Givaudan est la première et l’unique cave particulière de la commune. Il s’étend sur 24 hectares d’appellations Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, IGP Pays d’Oc et IGP Vins de Pays du Gard. La météo douce et la richesse de ces sols sont bénéfiques à l’élaboration de vins de qualité et cela, David Givaudan, Vigneron Indépendant, le sait ! Passionné de viticulture depuis son plus jeune âge, grâce aux nombreux souvenirs d’enfance de son grand-père qui l’emmenait dans les terres, il décide de créer son propre Domaine en 2001. Aujourd’hui, ce sont trois générations qui s’y côtoient et y travaillent main dans la main. Cet héritage passionnel et familial s’ancre alors comme le véritable moteur du Domaine qui allie parfaitement tradition et modernité.

Located in the heart of the typical village of Cavillargues, the Domaine de Givaudan is the first and only private cellar in the town. It covers 24 hectares of Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Vins de Pays du Gard appellations. The mild weather and the richness of these soils are beneficial to the production of quality wines and David Givaudan, Independent Winegrower, knows this! Passionate about viticulture from an early age, thanks to the many childhood memories of his grandfather who took him to the land, he decided to create his own estate in 2001. Today, three generations have rub shoulders and work there hand in hand. This passionate and family heritage is then anchored as the real driving force of the Estate which perfectly combines tradition and modernity.

Il clima mite e la ricchezza di questi terreni favoriscono la produzione di vini di qualità e David Givaudan, Vignaiolo Indipendente, lo sa! Appassionato di viticoltura fin dalla tenera età, grazie ai tanti ricordi d'infanzia del nonno che lo ha portato nella terra, ha deciso di creare la propria tenuta nel 2001. Oggi, tre generazioni si sono affiancate e lavorano lì mano nella mano. Questo patrimonio appassionato e familiare è poi ancorato come la vera forza motrice della Tenuta che coniuga perfettamente tradizione e modernità.
