Sur des arômes de fraise, framboise, groseille, abricot, avec des notes d'agrumes (citron vert, pamplemousse) qui rafraîchissent les papilles et apporte de la fraîcheur. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes salines très sympathique.

Un château en Provence entouré de vignes

Du sommet des coteaux de la Trévaresse sur lesquels s'étage le domaine d'environ 300 hectares, le regard porte à l'Est jusqu'à la Sainte Victoire et au Sud-Ouest jusqu'à la Méditerranée.Le domaine se consacre aujourd'hui au développement de son vignoble de 62 hectares entièrement inscrit dans l'aire d'appellation des Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence et à l'essor d'une petite production d'huile d'olive de Provence de qualité.
Situé sur le territoire de Puyricard, le Château du Seuil élabore aujourd'hui des vins au caractère unique faisant partie des meilleurs vins de Provence.
S'étageant du plateau de Puyricard jusqu'au sommet du massif de la Trévaresse, entre 350 et 450 mètres d'altitude, le vignoble du Château du Seuil bénéficie d'un grand ensoleillement, d'un terroir diversifié particulièrement favorable à la culture de la vigne : des sols argilocalcaires caillouteux secs et filtrants aux expositions diversifiées ; un climat chaud et sec en été mais frais la nuit ; le souffle permanent et bénéfique du mistral qui réduit les risques de maladie ; une altitude qui limite le degré alcoolique des vins et donne à ceux-ci une grande fraîcheur, notamment pour les blancs et les rosés.

Dall'alto delle colline di Trévaresse su cui si estende il dominio di circa 300 ettari, lo sguardo è rivolto ad Est fino a Sainte Victoire e a Sud-Ovest fino al Mediterraneo, oggi allo sviluppo della sua Vigneto di 62 ettari interamente all'interno della zona della denominazione Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence e allo sviluppo di una piccola produzione di olio d'oliva di qualità della Provenza.
Situato nel territorio di Puyricard, lo Château du Seuil oggi produce vini dal carattere unico che sono tra i migliori vini della Provenza.
Salendo dall'altopiano del Puyricard alla sommità del massiccio del Trévaresse, tra i 350 e i 450 metri sul livello del mare, il vigneto Château du Seuil beneficia di un'abbondante insolazione, di un terroir diversificato particolarmente favorevole alla coltivazione della vite: argille pietrose asciutte e filtranti -suoli calcarei con esposizioni diversificate; un clima caldo e secco in estate ma fresco di notte; il soffio permanente e benefico del maestrale che riduce il rischio di malattie; un'altitudine che limita il grado alcolico dei vini e conferisce loro una grande freschezza, in particolare per i bianchi ei rosati.
