Une Robe de couleur rose saumonée

Un nez sur des notes d'agrumes, fleurs blanches.

En bouche on a un vin fruité, avec une belle puissance aromatique et une belle complexité. Sur des arômes de citron, pamplemousse. Une cuvée pleine de fraîcheur et de peps. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale florale (Jasmin, Acacia).
📜En résumé📜 :
J'ai beaucoup aimé cette cuvée élaborée comme un blanc. Le domaine commercialise encore ce millésime. L'élevage est beaucoup plus long qu'un rosé "classique". Un rosé atypique, très sympa qui sort des sentiers battus pour le plus grand plaisir de nos papilles.
🧆Dégusté sur un Saumon fumé et Boeuf grillé 🧆.
🍷Quelques accords mets et vin possible avec cette cuvée🍷 : Charcuteries fines, Accras de morue, Beignets de fleurs de courgettes, Boeuf à la sauce saté.....

🇫🇷🗣️Description du Domaine 🇫🇷🗣️
À chaque fois que Pascale et moi passions devant, nous étions captivés par un magnifique chêne, à l’entrée de cette propriété viticole. La présence de cet arbre multi-séculaire sur une terre aussi sableuse augurait de la qualité unique d’un terroir.
Vingt ans plus tard nous avons acquis ce lieu fascinant pour fonder notre domaine. Un coup de cœur insensé...seulement en apparence !
S’affranchir des conventions
En vigneron passionné et jusqu’au-boutiste depuis 25 ans, je souhaite créer des vins singuliers et identitaires, qui se nourrissent d’un terroir exceptionnel.
Au domaine Alône, nous écrivons maintenant notre propre histoire. Là, en toute liberté, nous élaborons nos vins issus d’une viticulture au plus près de la nature.
Alône : du sable plein les pieds !
Jouxtant le domaine, coule une petite rivière, la Lône. Cherchant à nommer celui-ci, nous imaginons aussitôt un jeu de mots en rajoutant « a » au nom de la rivière : alône - signifiant seul en anglais - illustre à merveille notre démarche.
Alône, un clin d’œil à mon arrière-grand-père qui, seul et totalement inconnu, a établi en 1896 son vignoble dans le sud de la France.
Alône, comme Pascale et moi qui, 124 ans après, réécrivons cette histoire sur un autre terroir.
Alône comme ce domaine, au milieu d’un cirque, dans un biotope naturel incroyable. Du sable plein les pieds.

On the palate we have a fruity wine, with a beautiful aromatic power and a beautiful complexity. On aromas of lemon, grapefruit. A cuvée full of freshness and pep. A good length in the mouth with a floral finish (Jasmine, Acacia).
📜In summary📜:
I really liked this cuvée, elaborated like a white. The estate still sells this vintage. The aging is much longer than a "classic" rosé. An atypical, very nice rosé that goes off the beaten track to the delight of our taste buds.

🍷 Some food and wine pairings possible with this cuvée 🍷: Fine charcuterie, Cod accras, Zucchini flower donuts, Beef with saté sauce.....

Every time Pascale and I walked past, we were captivated by a magnificent oak tree at the entrance to this wine estate. The presence of this centuries-old tree on such sandy soil augured the unique quality of a terroir.
Twenty years later we acquired this fascinating place to found our estate. An insane crush...only in appearance!
Break free from convention
As a passionate and die-hard winemaker for 25 years, I want to create singular and identity wines, which are nourished by an exceptional terroir.
At Domaine Alône, we are now writing our own story. There, in complete freedom, we produce our wines from viticulture as close as possible to nature.
Alône: feet full of sand!
Adjoining the estate, flows a small river, the Lône. Trying to name it, we immediately imagine a play on words by adding "a" to the name of the river: alône - meaning alone in English - perfectly illustrates our approach.
Alône, a nod to my great-grandfather who, alone and totally unknown, established his vineyard in the south of France in 1896.
Alône, like Pascale and I who, 124 years later, are rewriting this story on another terroir.
Alône like this domain, in the middle of a circus, in an incredible natural biotope. Feet full of sand.

Al palato abbiamo un vino fruttato, con una bella potenza aromatica e una bella complessità. Su aromi di limone, pompelmo. Una cuvée piena di freschezza e brio. Buona lunghezza in bocca con finale floreale (gelsomino, acacia).
📜In sintesi📜:
Mi è piaciuta molto questa cuvée, elaborata come un bianco. La tenuta vende ancora questa annata. L'invecchiamento è molto più lungo di un rosato "classico". Un rosato atipico, molto bello, che esce dai sentieri battuti per la gioia delle nostre papille gustative.
🧆 Degustato su un Salmone Affumicato e Manzo alla Griglia 🧆.
🍷 Alcuni abbinamenti enogastronomici possibili con questa cuvée 🍷: Salumi pregiati, Accras di merluzzo, Ciambelline ai fiori di zucca, Manzo con salsa saté.....

Ogni volta che io e Pascale passavamo, rimanevamo affascinati da una magnifica quercia all'ingresso di questa tenuta vinicola. La presenza di questo albero secolare su un terreno così sabbioso preannunciava la qualità unica di un terroir.
Vent'anni dopo abbiamo acquisito questo affascinante luogo per fondare la nostra tenuta. Una folle cotta... solo in apparenza!
Liberati dalle convenzioni
In qualità di vignaiolo appassionato e irriducibile da 25 anni, voglio creare vini unici e identitari, che siano nutriti da un terroir eccezionale.
Al Domaine Alône, stiamo ora scrivendo la nostra storia. Lì, in completa libertà, produciamo i nostri vini dalla viticoltura il più vicino possibile alla natura.
Alône: piedi pieni di sabbia!
Adiacente alla tenuta scorre un piccolo fiume, il Lône. Provando a dargli un nome, immaginiamo subito un gioco di parole aggiungendo "a" al nome del fiume: alône - che in inglese significa solo - illustra perfettamente il nostro approccio.
Alône, un cenno al mio bisnonno che, solo e totalmente sconosciuto, fondò il suo vigneto nel sud della Francia nel 1896.
Alône, come me e Pascale che, 124 anni dopo, stiamo riscrivendo questa storia su un altro terroir.
