En bouche c'est une texture très sympa laiteuse voir crayeuse. Le saké est non filtré pour garder tous ses arômes. Avec de beaux arômes de poire, fruits tropicaux, banane. Une jolie bouche tout en rondeur avec beaucoup de douceur. Un saké riche et crémeux avec une bonne longueur en bouche sur une finale avec des touches de miel.

Un très bon saké non filtré qui délivre tous ses arômes au fil de la dégustation. La texture est très sympa, ça apporte vraiment un plus à la dégustation. A la fois fruité et très rafraîchissent. Je vous le conseil.

In bocca è una bella consistenza lattiginosa o addirittura gessosa. Il sake non è filtrato per mantenere tutti i suoi aromi. Con piacevoli aromi di pera, frutta tropicale, banana. Una bella bocca rotonda con molta dolcezza. Un sake ricco e cremoso con una buona lunghezza in bocca su un finale con sentori di miele.

Un ottimo sake non filtrato che sprigiona tutti i suoi aromi man mano che lo assaggi. La consistenza è molto bella, apporta davvero un vantaggio alla degustazione. Entrambi fruttati e molto rinfrescanti. te lo suggerisco.
