Un beau Minervois rouge avec de beaux tanins bien présents. J'ai beaucoup aimé cette cuvée que je vous recommande.

Château Faiteau est situé en Languedoc, au cœur du Minervois. Le Minervois est l'une des plus vastes appellations de l'AOC du Languedoc, allant de Narbonne jusqu'aux remparts de Carcassonne, elle s'étend sur près de 15 000 hectares de vignes, dont 5 000 destinés à la production de vins d’AOC.
On peut citer différentes zones sur le terroir du Minervois, chaque zone à sa particularité.
Château Faiteau se trouve sur la zone du petit causse c’est l’une des zones les plus précoces et les plus chaudes du Minervois. Les vins y sont souvent concentrés, chaleureux et complexes, caractérisés par des arômes de fruits confits.
Reconnu comme étant l’un des plus anciens vignobles d’Europe, le terroir du Minervois est un haut-lieu de l’histoire cathare avec l’antique cité de Minerve qui lui a donné son nom.
Château Faiteau se situe plus précisément, à La Livinière, berceau de l'appellation :
CRU LA LIVINIÈRE.
Nous bénéficions d'un terroir d'exception. Situé sur le vaste amphithéâtre constitué des terrasses, des soubergues et des 1ères côtes.Nos vignes sont accrochées au piémont de la montagne noire, véritable acteur du climat semi-aride méditerranéen. Tournées vers le sud, vers la mer Méditerranée, que l'on devine à l'horizon.
Un climat spécifique dû à sa localisation.
Notre vignoble est soumis au Cers et au Marin, ce sont les vents dominants. On compte entre 250 à 300 jours de vent par an et bénéficions en moyenne de 315 jours d'ensoleillement par an.

Château Faiteau is located in Languedoc, in the heart of Minervois. The Minervois is one of the largest appellations of the AOC of Languedoc, going from Narbonne to the ramparts of Carcassonne, it extends over nearly 15,000 hectares of vines, including 5,000 intended for the production of wines of 'AOC.
We can mention different areas on the Minervois terroir, each area has its particularity.
Château Faiteau is located on the Petit Causse area, it is one of the earliest and warmest areas of the Minervois. The wines are often concentrated, warm and complex, characterized by aromas of candied fruit.
Recognized as one of the oldest vineyards in Europe, the Minervois terroir is a high place in Cathar history with the ancient city of Minerva which gave it its name.
Château Faiteau is located more precisely, in La Livinière, the cradle of the appellation:

We benefit from an exceptional terroir. Located on the vast amphitheater made up of terraces, soubergues and 1st hills. Un bel rosso Minervois con bei tannini presenti. Mi è piaciuta molto questa cuvée che consiglio.

Château Faiteau si trova in Linguadoca, nel cuore del Minervois. Il Minervois è una delle più grandi denominazioni dell'AOC della Linguadoca, andando da Narbonne ai bastioni di Carcassonne, si estende su quasi 15.000 ettari di vigneti, di cui 5.000 destinati alla produzione di vini dell' AOC.
Possiamo citare diverse zone del terroir del Minervois, ogni zona ha la sua particolarità.
Château Faiteau si trova nella zona del Petit Causse, è una delle zone più antiche e più calde del Minervois. I vini sono spesso concentrati, caldi e complessi, caratterizzati da aromi di frutta candita.
Riconosciuto come uno dei vigneti più antichi d'Europa, il terroir di Minervois è un luogo importante nella storia catara con l'antica città di Minerva che gli ha dato il nome.
