En bouche on a un vin du Sud, la Grenache apporte beaucoup de rondeur et de souplesse aux tanins. Sur des arômes de griotte, fraise confiturée, pruneau. Des épices (poivre fraîchement moulu, la réglisse). Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes chocolatées et de café.

Une belle cuvée d'une justesse folle, où se mêlent à merveille le soleil et les herbes de la garrigue. Un vin du Sud, il manque plus que les Cigales. Un domaine à surveiller de très près c'est certain.

In the mouth we have a wine from the South, the Grenache brings a lot of roundness and suppleness to the tannins. With aromas of Morello cherry, jammy strawberry, prune. Spices (freshly ground pepper, licorice). A nice length in the mouth with a finish on chocolate and coffee notes.

A beautiful cuvée of crazy accuracy, where the sun and the herbs of the garrigue mingle wonderfully. A wine from the South, it lacks more than the Cigales. An area to watch very closely for sure.
