Un nez sur des notes de fruits rouges et noir

En bouche on a un vin avec une belle fraîcheur. Des tanins souples. Sur des arômes de mûre, Myrtille, boîte à cigares, épices (poivre en grains, eucalyptus). Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur l'olive noir.

Un beau Corbières sur la fraîcheur. Un vin avec un magnifique bouquet. Très bon rapport qualité-prix plaisir. Je vous le recommande.

🗣️Description du @chateaumontfin 🗣️
Sur les coteaux des Corbières, dominant les étangs et la mer, Château Montfin s’étend sur une cinquantaine d’hectares de sols argileux calcaires et galets roulés, balayés par la tramontane.
Nous sommes venus nous y installer, il y a près de vingt ans pour élaborer des vins que nous souhaitons élégants, vifs et d’une belle fraicheur.
Notre philosophie : rendements maitrisés, engagement bio, travail des sols et vendanges manuelles démontrent qu’il est tout à fait possible de travailler en précision dans le respect de la nature.
Toujours curieux, à l’affut de cépages à retrouver, de terres à replanter, nous expérimentons depuis peu une vinification dans des amphores en grès et une cuvée sans sulfites ajoutés.

On the palate we have a wine with a nice freshness. Soft tannins. On aromas of blackberry, blueberry, cigar box, spices (peppercorns, eucalyptus). A good length in the mouth with a finish on black olive.

A beautiful Corbières on the freshness. A wine with a magnificent bouquet. Very good value for money pleasure. I recommend it.

On the slopes of the Corbières, dominating the ponds and the sea, Château Montfin extends over about fifty hectares of clayey limestone soils and rolled pebbles, swept by the north wind.
We came to settle there nearly twenty years ago to produce wines that we want to be elegant, lively and beautifully fresh.
Our philosophy: controlled yields, organic commitment, tillage and manual harvesting demonstrate that it is quite possible to work with precision while respecting nature.
Always curious, on the lookout for grape varieties to find, land to replant, we have recently been experimenting with vinification in sandstone amphoras and a cuvée without added sulphites.

Sulle colline delle Corbières, con vista sugli stagni e sul mare, Château Montfin si estende su una cinquantina di ettari di terreni calcarei argillosi e ciottoli laminati, spazzati dalla Tramuntana.
Siamo venuti a stabilirci lì quasi vent'anni fa per produrre vini che vogliamo siano eleganti, vivaci e meravigliosamente freschi.
La nostra filosofia: rese controllate, impegno biologico, lavorazione del terreno e raccolta manuale dimostrano che è possibile lavorare con precisione nel rispetto della natura.
Da sempre curiosi, alla ricerca di vitigni da trovare, terreni da reimpiantare, abbiamo recentemente sperimentato la vinificazione in anfore di arenaria e una cuvée senza solfiti aggiunti.
