Un nez sur des notes de fruits noirs (prunes, Myrtilles, cassis).
💋 :
En bouche on a un vin avec une structure souple et veloutée. Soutenu par une belle fraîcheur. Sur des arômes de cerise, cassis, violette, épices (eucalyptus, poivre en grains). Une belle longueur en bouche avec des notes de chocolat et de grains de café torréfié.
📜En résumé📜 :
Un bon Saint-Chinian qui allie fruit, fraîcheur et note de garrigue. Avec une belle finale sur des notes chocolatées. Un délice.

🗣️🇫🇷Description du domaine @chateaudegragnos 🗣️🇫🇷
Au cœur d’un écosystème préservé de 70 hectares entre collines et garrigues, Alain et Patricia façonnent un terroir d’exception dans la partie sud de l’appellation Saint-Chinian sur des sols majoritairement argilo-calcaires.
Le vignoble compte un nombre impressionnant de cépages : Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Muscat, Merlot, Viognier, Roussanne et Marsanne (plantés récemment).
Si les 30 hectares de vignes occupent une place centrale dans le domaine, celles-ci sont bordées de guarrigues, bois et arbres fruitiers (oliviers, amandiers, pêchers, etc.). L’intégration et la cohabitation des différentes cultures sont une des particularités du domaine.
Situé à seulement une quarantaine de kilomètres de la côte méditerranéenne, la localisation du Château de Gragnos apporte aux cépages la fraîcheur typique des vins du Sud.

A nose with notes of black fruits (plums, blueberries, blackcurrant).
💋:
On the palate we have a wine with a supple and velvety structure. Supported by a nice freshness. On aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, violet, spices (eucalyptus, peppercorns). A nice length in the mouth with notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans.
📜In summary📜:
A good Saint-Chinian that combines fruit, freshness and notes of scrubland. With a nice finish on chocolate notes. A delight.
🧆 Tasted on sausages at the boiler 🧆.

🗣️🇬🇧Description of @chateaudegragnos 🗣️🇬🇧
In the heart of a preserved ecosystem of 70 hectares between hills and scrubland, Alain and Patricia shape an exceptional terroir in the southern part of the Saint-Chinian appellation on predominantly clay-limestone soils.
The vineyard has an impressive number of grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Muscat, Merlot, Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne (planted recently).
While the 30 hectares of vines occupy a central place in the estate, they are lined with guarrigues, woods and fruit trees (olive trees, almond trees, peach trees, etc.). The integration and cohabitation of different cultures is one of the particularities of the estate. Located only about forty kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, the location of Château de Gragnos brings to the grape varieties the typical freshness of wines from the South.

Naso con note di frutti neri (prugne, mirtilli, ribes nero).

Al palato abbiamo un vino dalla struttura morbida e vellutata. Supportato da una bella freschezza. Su aromi di ciliegia, ribes nero, violetta, spezie (eucalipto, pepe in grani). Una bella lunghezza in bocca con note di cioccolato e chicchi di caffè tostati.
📜In sintesi📜:
Un buon Saint-Chinian che unisce frutta, freschezza e note di macchia mediterranea. Con un bel finale su note di cioccolato. Una delizia.

Nel cuore di un ecosistema preservato di 70 ettari tra colline e macchia, Alain e Patricia danno forma a un terroir eccezionale nella parte meridionale della denominazione Saint-Chinian su terreni prevalentemente argillosi-calcarei.
Il vigneto ha un numero impressionante di vitigni: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Muscat, Merlot, Viognier, Roussanne e Marsanne (piantati di recente).
Mentre i 30 ettari di vigneto occupano un posto centrale nella tenuta, sono fiancheggiati da guarrigues, boschi e alberi da frutto (ulivi, mandorli, peschi, ecc.). L'integrazione e la convivenza di culture diverse è una delle particolarità della tenuta.
Situata a soli quaranta chilometri dalla costa mediterranea, la posizione di Château de Gragnos porta ai vitigni la tipica freschezza dei vini del sud.
