Framboise Passion :
👃: Explosion de framboise, petite touche de fruits de la passion.
👄: On a une belle puissance de la framboise avec de légères notes du fruit de la passion bien gourmande. Un sucre de canne bien maîtrisé.
Mangue Vanille :
👃: Vanille relativement puissante, mangue.
👄: Puissance du rhum bien maîtrisé avec une belle rondeur en bouche. Note de gâteaux, caramel. Un rhum avec une belle gourmandise.
Gingembre Citron Vert :
👃: Un nez avec une belle délicatesse qui mêle la puissance du citron et le gingembre.
👄: Une bouche bien gourmande. Avec un gingembre qui apporte sa chaleur et son petit côté piquant. Le citron emmène de la fraîcheur en bouche et un peu d'amertume pas dérangeante.
Combava :
👃: Un nez vif, beaucoup de fraîcheur. Sur les agrumes. Petite touche vanillé.
👄: Une bouche bien équilibrée, beaucoup de fraîcheur et de tonicité. Avec des arômes de zeste de citron. Une grande longueur en bouche avec une finale sur la vanille qui apporte de la gourmandise.
📜 En résumé📜:
J'ai pris énormément de plaisir à découvrir et déguster ces rhums. Un équilibre parfait entre sucres, fruits et puissances. Les 3 premiers sont vraiment des arrangés avec une grande gourmandise en bouche avec des notes pâtissières. Le dernier est plus un digestif avec une belle puissance. À déguster après un bon repas avec pourquoi pas un cigare.

🗣️Description de la distillerie @rhumkevas 🗣️
KEVAS est né de l’association de deux amis, Kevin & Valentin, qui partagent une passion commune depuis plus de 10 ans : le rhum arrangé.
Depuis de longues années ils apprécient partager leurs recettes d’arrangés avec leurs amis, proches et tous les passionnés qui ont croisé leur chemin. Amateurs de saveurs et de spiritueux, ils ont décidé de développer une gamme de rhums inédits à leur image.
C’est en décembre 2018 que le premier rhum de KEVAS voit le jour, le Mangue Vanille. Puis ce sont trois années de travail continu qui ont permis à nos deux fondateurs de développer leur gamme d’arrangés KEVAS et affiner chaque recette jusqu’à trouver un équilibre parfait de saveurs.
Le petit + : ils ont opté pour une filtration avant mise en bouteille pour obtenir un arrangé stable, limpide et élégant. Un véritable spiritueux.
En août 2021, la SAS KEVAS est enfin créée et la production démarre aussitôt ! KEVAS connait ses premiers débuts en Novembre 2021 avec le lancement de la campagne de crowdfunding Ulule, et en Décembre 2021 avec la distribution des premières bouteilles en cave.
KEVAS obtient le Prix du Public Ulule le 15 décembre 2021. Un premier succès prometteur pour Kevin & Valentin.
KEVAS, c’est un objectif : partager une passion en façonnant une gamme de rhums arrangés diversifiés, parfaitement équilibrés, et digne d’un véritable spiritueux.

Passion Raspberry:
👃: Raspberry explosion, little touch of passion fruit.
👄: We have a nice power of raspberry with light notes of very gourmet passion fruit. A well controlled cane sugar.
Mango Vanilla:
👃: Relatively powerful vanilla, mango.
👄: Power of well-controlled rum with a nice roundness in the mouth. Note of cakes, caramel. A rum with a nice delicacy.
Lime Ginger:
👃: A nose with a beautiful delicacy that combines the power of lemon and ginger.
👄: A very greedy mouth. With a ginger that brings its warmth and its little spicy side. The lemon brings freshness in the mouth and a little not disturbing bitterness.
Combava:
👃: A lively nose, a lot of freshness. On citrus fruits. Little touch of vanilla.
👄: A well-balanced mouth, lots of freshness and tone. With aromas of lemon zest. A great length in the mouth with a finish on vanilla which brings greediness.
📜 In summary📜:
I took great pleasure in discovering and tasting these rums. A perfect balance between sugars, fruits and powers. The first 3 are really arranged with great indulgence in the mouth with pastry notes. The latter is more of a digestive with great power. To be enjoyed after a good meal with why not a cigar.

KEVAS was born from the association of two friends, Kevin & Valentin, who have shared a common passion for more than 10 years: arranged rum.
For many years they have enjoyed sharing their arranged recipes with their friends, relatives and all the enthusiasts who have crossed their path. Lovers of flavors and spirits, they decided to develop a range of unique rums in their image.
It was in December 2018 that the first KEVAS rum was born, the Mangue Vanille. Then it was three years of continuous work that allowed our two founders to develop their range of KEVAS arrangements and refine each recipe until they found a perfect balance of flavors.
The little extra: they opted for filtration before bottling to obtain a stable, clear and elegant arrangement. A real spirit.
In August 2021, SAS KEVAS was finally created and production started immediately! KEVAS made its first debut in November 2021 with the launch of the Ulule crowdfunding campaign, and in December 2021 with the distribution of the first bottles in the cellar.
KEVAS obtains the Ulule Public Prize on December 15, 2021. A promising first success for Kevin & Valentin.
KEVAS is an objective: to share a passion by shaping a range of diversified, perfectly balanced arranged rums, worthy of a real spirit.

👃: Esplosione di lamponi, piccolo tocco di frutto della passione.
👄: Abbiamo un bel potere di lampone con leggere note di frutto della passione molto gourmet. Uno zucchero di canna ben controllato.
Mango Vaniglia:
👃: vaniglia relativamente potente, mango.
👄: Potenza del rum ben controllato con una bella rotondità in bocca. Nota di torte, caramello. Un rum con una bella delicatezza.
Zenzero lime:
👃: Un naso con una bella delicatezza che unisce il potere del limone e dello zenzero.
👄: Una bocca molto golosa. Con uno zenzero che porta il suo calore e il suo lato leggermente speziato. Il limone porta freschezza in bocca e un po' di amaro non disturbante.
Combava:
👃: Un naso vivace, molta freschezza. Sugli agrumi. Piccolo tocco di vaniglia.
👄: Una bocca ben equilibrata, molta freschezza e tono. Con aromi di scorza di limone. Una grande lunghezza in bocca con un finale di vaniglia che porta golosità.

Ho provato un grande piacere nello scoprire e assaggiare questi rum. Un perfetto equilibrio tra zuccheri, frutta e poteri. I primi 3 sono davvero disposti con grande indulgenza in bocca con note di pasticceria. Quest'ultimo è più un digestivo con un grande potere. Da gustare dopo un buon pasto con perché no un sigaro.

KEVAS nasce dall'associazione di due amici, Kevin & Valentin, che condividono una passione comune da più di 10 anni: il rum arrangiato.
Da molti anni si divertono a condividere le loro ricette concordate con gli amici, i parenti e tutti gli appassionati che hanno incrociato la loro strada. Amanti dei sapori e dei distillati, hanno deciso di sviluppare una gamma di rum unici a loro immagine.
È stato a dicembre 2018 che è nato il primo rum KEVAS, il Mangue Vanille. Poi sono stati tre anni di lavoro continuo che hanno permesso ai nostri due fondatori di sviluppare la loro gamma di arrangiamenti di KEVAS e perfezionare ogni ricetta fino a trovare un perfetto equilibrio di sapori.
Il piccolo extra: hanno optato per la filtrazione prima dell'imbottigliamento per ottenere una disposizione stabile, chiara ed elegante. Un vero spirito.
Nell'agosto 2021, SAS KEVAS è stato finalmente creato e la produzione è iniziata immediatamente! KEVAS ha debuttato per la prima volta a novembre 2021 con il lancio della campagna di crowdfunding di Ulule, e a dicembre 2021 con la distribuzione delle prime bottiglie in cantina.
KEVAS ottiene il Premio del Pubblico Ulule il 15 dicembre 2021. Un promettente primo successo per Kevin & Valentin.
