Un nez sur des notes de fruits exotiques (mangue, fruits de la passion, ananas).

En bouche on a un vin avec une belle complexité aromatique. Fruité, avec un bel équilibre et une bonne densité en bouche. Sur des arômes de fruits exotiques (mangue, ananas), agrumes (zeste de citron, pamplemousse)qui emmène de la fraîcheur aux papilles. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale sur le coing et l'abricot.
📜En résumé📜 :
Un vin avec une belle gourmandise en bouche. Pour ma part ce fut une magnifique découverte avec un cépage Roussane grandiose. Je vous le cache pas, ce fut un gros coup de cœur. Je vous recommande chaudement cette cuvée.

Le Domaine de la Croix Gratiot est situé sur les collines argilo-calcaire qui entourent le bassin de Thau. Notre vignoble s’étend sur 33ha, il bénéficie des alizés marins et des senteurs de la garrigue. Ce terroir est riche en couleurs : le rouge et le jaune de la terre argilo-calcaire, les verts de la garrigue et les bleus du ciel et de l’étang de Thau.
Le climat méditerranéen permet au raisin d’atteindre une maturité optimale et d’exprimer pleinement sa typicité.
Attaché au maintien de la biodiversité, nous plantons des haies multi essences en bordure de parcelle et sur les berges du ruisseau qui serpente le domaine. Des nichoirs à chauves-souris disposés en façade ensoleillée et au bord du ruisseau facilitent l’activité des pipistrelles, prédateurs des Eudemis.
Ces papillons aux stades larvaires font de nombreux dégâts dans le vignoble. Nous tentons aussi de les limiter par la pratique de la confusion sexuelle.
Piquepoul Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Viognier et Muscat petits grains composent notre encépagement blanc.
Pour le rouge, nous cultivons de la Syrah, une pointe de Cabernet Sauvignon, depuis peu du Grenache Noir et du Mourvèdre.

A nose with notes of exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit, pineapple).

On the palate we have a wine with a beautiful aromatic complexity. Fruity, with good balance and good density on the palate. On aromas of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), citrus fruits (lemon zest, grapefruit) which bring freshness to the taste buds. A nice length in the mouth with a quince and apricot finish.
📜In summary📜:
A wine with a lovely indulgence on the palate. For me it was a magnificent discovery with a grandiose Roussane grape variety. I won't hide it from you, it was a big crush. I warmly recommend this cuvée.

The Domaine de la Croix Gratiot is located on the clay-limestone hills that surround the Thau basin. Our vineyard extends over 33ha, it benefits from the sea trade winds and the scents of the garrigue. This terroir is rich in colours: the red and yellow of the clay-limestone soil, the greens of the scrubland and the blues of the sky and the Thau lake.
The Mediterranean climate allows the grapes to reach optimum maturity and fully express their typicality.
Committed to maintaining biodiversity, we plant multi-species hedges on the edge of the plot and on the banks of the stream that winds through the estate. Bat nesting boxes arranged on the sunny facade and on the edge of the stream facilitate the activity of the pipistrelle, predators of the Eudemis.
These moths in the larval stages do a lot of damage in the vineyard. We also try to limit them by the practice of sexual confusion.
Piquepoul Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Viognier and Muscat petits grains make up our white grape varieties.
For the red, we cultivate Syrah, a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, recently Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre.

Al palato abbiamo un vino con una bella complessità aromatica. Fruttato, di buon equilibrio e buona densità al palato. Su aromi di frutta esotica (mango, ananas), agrumi (scorza di limone, pompelmo) che apportano freschezza alle papille gustative. Una bella lunghezza in bocca con un finale di mela cotogna e albicocca.
📜In sintesi📜:
Un vino con una piacevole indulgenza al palato. Per me è stata una magnifica scoperta con un grandioso vitigno Roussane. Non te lo nascondo, è stata una grande cotta. Consiglio vivamente questa cuvée.

Il Domaine de la Croix Gratiot si trova sulle colline argilloso-calcaree che circondano il bacino di Thau. Il nostro vigneto si estende su 33ha, beneficia degli alisei di mare e dei profumi della gariga. Questo terroir è ricco di colori: il rosso e il giallo del terreno argilloso-calcareo, il verde della macchia e il blu del cielo e del lago Thau.
Il clima mediterraneo permette alle uve di raggiungere una maturazione ottimale ed esprimere appieno la loro tipicità.
Impegnati a preservare la biodiversità, piantiamo siepi multispecie ai margini dell'appezzamento e sulle sponde del torrente che serpeggia nella tenuta. Nidi per pipistrelli disposti sulla facciata assolata e sul bordo del torrente facilitano l'attività delle pipistrelle, predatori dell'Eudemis.
Queste tignole negli stadi larvali fanno molti danni in vigna. Cerchiamo anche di limitarli con la pratica della confusione sessuale.
Piquepoul Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Viognier e Muscat petits grains compongono i nostri vitigni a bacca bianca.
Per il rosso coltiviamo Syrah, un tocco di Cabernet Sauvignon, di recente Grenache Noir e Mourvèdre.
