Un nez sur des notes de fruits (abricot, pamplemousse, zeste de citron)

En bouche on a un vin sur la mineralité. Sur des arômes de fruits exotiques (ananas, mangue), poire, abricot. Des notes miellé, pomme. Une petite pointe de tension qui emmène une belle fraîcheur en bouche. Un vin équilibré, l'élevage sous bois est bien maîtrisé. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale sur les fleurs de sureau.

Situé au sud de l'agglomération bordelaise et dans la partie ouest de l'Appellation Pessac-Léognan, le domaine de 36 hectares a le rare avantage d'être d'un seul tenant, se partageant aujourd'hui entre 23 hectares de rouges et 3 hectares de blancs. Elle est implantée sur un terroir exceptionnel de graves du tertiaire, mélange de galets roulés et de graves, traces providentielles de la Garonne. Le climat tempéré est influencé par la proximité de la Garonne et de l'océan, avec une douceur et une humidité régulière particulièrement favorables à la vigne.
Depuis le printemps 2010, le vignoble s'est agrandi de près de 10 hectares pour accueillir de nouvelles plantations et atteint aujourd'hui une superficie totale de 26 hectares de vignes. 23 hectares de cépages rouges répartis entre 52% Cabernet Sauvignon et 48% Merlot et 3 hectares de cépages blancs avec 70% Sauvignon blanc, 16% Sémillon et 14% Sauvignon Gris.

A nose with notes of fruit (apricot, grapefruit, lemon zest)

On the palate we have a wine on the minerality. On aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), pear, apricot. Notes of honey, apple. A little hint of tension that brings a nice freshness in the mouth. A balanced wine, aging in wood is well controlled. A nice length in the mouth with a finish on elderflowers.

Located south of the Bordeaux conurbation and in the western part of the Pessac-Léognan Appellation, the 36-hectare estate has the rare advantage of being all in one piece, today being divided between 23 hectares of red and 3 hectares of white. It is located on an exceptional soil of gravel from the tertiary, a mixture of rolled pebbles and gravel, providential traces of the Garonne. The temperate climate is influenced by the proximity of the Garonne and the ocean, with mildness and regular humidity particularly favorable to the vine.
Since the spring of 2010, the vineyard has grown by almost 10 hectares to accommodate new plantations and today reach a total area of 26 hectares of vines. 23 hectares of red grape varieties divided between 52% Cabernet Sauvignon and 48% Merlot and 3 hectares of white grape varieties with 70% Sauvignon blanc, 16% Sémillon and 14% Sauvignon Gris.

Al palato abbiamo un vino sulla mineralità. Su aromi di frutta esotica (ananas, mango), pera, albicocca. Note di miele, mela. Un piccolo accenno di tensione che porta in bocca una bella freschezza. Vino equilibrato, l'affinamento in legno è ben controllato. Bella persistenza in bocca con un finale di fiori di sambuco.

Situata a sud della conurbazione di Bordeaux e nella parte occidentale della denominazione Pessac-Léognan, la tenuta di 36 ettari ha il raro vantaggio di essere tutta d'un pezzo, essendo oggi divisa tra 23 ettari di rosso e 3 ettari di bianco. Si trova su un terreno eccezionale di ghiaia del terziario, un misto di ciottoli laminati e ghiaia, tracce provvidenziali della Garonna. Il clima temperato è influenzato dalla vicinanza della Garonna e dell'oceano, con mitezza e umidità regolare particolarmente favorevoli alla vite.
Dalla primavera del 2010 il vigneto è cresciuto di quasi 10 ettari per ospitare nuovi impianti e oggi raggiunge una superficie complessiva di 26 ettari vitati. 23 ettari di vitigni a bacca rossa suddivisi tra 52% Cabernet Sauvignon e 48% Merlot e 3 ettari di vitigni a bacca bianca con 70% Sauvignon blanc, 16% Sémillon e 14% Sauvignon Gris.
