Un nez sur des notes de fruits noir (cassis, mûre), boisé.

En bouche on a un vin avec des tanins soyeux et élégants. Sur des arômes de griotte, cassis, mûre. L'élevage en fûts est bien maîtrisé et prend pas le dessus sur le fruit. Des notes de cuir et de tabac. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur les épices (poivre, réglisse) et la cannelle.

Un magnifique Pessac-Léognan avec une bouche élégante et très soyeuse. J'ai vraiment pris beaucoup de plaisir sur ce beau vin. À vous maintenant de faire votre idée.

Situé au sud de l’agglomération de Bordeaux et dans la partie ouest de l’Appellation Pessac-Léognan, le domaine de 36 hectares présente le rare avantage d’être d’un seul tenant, se partageant aujourd’hui entre 23 hectares de rouge et 3 hectares de blanc. Il est implanté sur un exceptionnel sol de graves du tertiaire, mélange de galets roulés et de graviers, traces providentielles de la Garonne. Le climat tempéré est influencé par la proximité de la Garonne et de l’océan, avec une douceur et une hygrométrie régulière particulièrement favorable à la vigne.
Depuis le printemps 2010 le vignoble s’est agrandi de près de 10 hectares pour accueillir de nouvelles plantations et arriver aujourd’hui à une surface totale de 26 hectares de vignes. 23 hectares d’encépagement rouge répartis entre 52 % de Cabernet Sauvignon et 48 % de Merlot et 3 hectares de cépages blancs avec 70% de Sauvignon blanc, 16% de Sémillon et 14% de Sauvignon Gris.

A nose with notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), woody.
💋:
On the palate we have a wine with silky and elegant tannins. With aromas of morello cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry. Aging in barrels is well controlled and does not take over the fruit. Notes of leather and tobacco. A good length in the mouth with a finish on spices (pepper, liquorice) and cinnamon.

A magnificent Pessac-Léognan with an elegant and very silky palate. I really enjoyed this beautiful wine. Now it's up to you to decide.

Located south of the Bordeaux conurbation and in the western part of the Pessac-Léognan Appellation, the 36-hectare estate has the rare advantage of being all in one piece, today being divided between 23 hectares of red and 3 hectares of white. It is located on an exceptional soil of gravel from the tertiary, a mixture of rolled pebbles and gravel, providential traces of the Garonne. The temperate climate is influenced by the proximity of the Garonne and the ocean, with mildness and regular humidity particularly favorable to the vine.
Since the spring of 2010, the vineyard has grown by almost 10 hectares to accommodate new plantations and today reach a total area of 26 hectares of vines. 23 hectares of red grape varieties divided between 52% Cabernet Sauvignon and 48% Merlot and 3 hectares of white grape varieties with 70% Sauvignon blanc, 16% Sémillon and 14% Sauvignon Gris.

Al naso note di frutti neri (ribes nero, mora), legnose.

Al palato abbiamo un vino dai tannini setosi ed eleganti. Con aromi di marasca, ribes nero, mora. L'affinamento in barrique è ben controllato e non subentra al frutto. Note di cuoio e tabacco. Buona persistenza in bocca con un finale di spezie (pepe, liquirizia) e cannella.

Un magnifico Pessac-Léognan dal palato elegante e molto setoso. Mi è piaciuto molto questo bel vino. Ora sta a te decidere.

Situata a sud della conurbazione di Bordeaux e nella parte occidentale della denominazione Pessac-Léognan, la tenuta di 36 ettari ha il raro vantaggio di essere tutta d'un pezzo, essendo oggi divisa tra 23 ettari di rosso e 3 ettari di bianco. Si trova su un terreno eccezionale di ghiaia del terziario, un misto di ciottoli laminati e ghiaia, tracce provvidenziali della Garonna. Il clima temperato è influenzato dalla vicinanza della Garonna e dell'oceano, con mitezza e umidità regolare particolarmente favorevoli alla vite.
Dalla primavera del 2010 il vigneto è cresciuto di quasi 10 ettari per ospitare nuovi impianti e oggi raggiunge una superficie complessiva di 26 ettari vitati. 23 ettari di vitigni a bacca rossa suddivisi tra 52% Cabernet Sauvignon e 48% Merlot e 3 ettari di vitigni a bacca bianca con 70% Sauvignon blanc, 16% Sémillon e 14% Sauvignon Gris.
