Un nez sur des notes de pêche blanche, poire. Pain grillé.

En bouche on a un vin avec une belle rondeur. Sur des arômes de pêche, abricot confit. Un bel équilibre entre le gras du vin et cette petite pointe de fraîcheur en fin de bouche. De petites notes de vanille, noisette torréfié dû à l'élevage sans être exubérant. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale plus floral (chèvrefeuille, sauge).

Un beau Châteauneuf du Pape blanc. Un vin qui allie puissance et gras avec une magnifique harmonie, des notes de fruits à coque grillé. Du bonheur en bouteille. Une cuvée qu'on pourra laisser en cave quelques années, il en sortira encore meilleur

Le terroir du Domaine paul Autard est constitué en grande partie de sables et de galets roulés. Situé entre Courthézon et Châteauneuf-du-Pape, il bénéficie d'une variété de lieux géographiques et d'expositions particulièrement favorable à la complexité de ses vins.
Les vignes sont agées de 40 à 95 ans, la cuvée « Côte ronde » étant issue d'une parcelle de 90 ans plantée dans un terroir de galets roulés et de blocs de calcaires fossilisés. Les cépages principaux sont Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, et Muscardin pour les rouges, et Clairette, Roussanne et Grenache Blanc pour les vins blancs.
L'effeuillage favorise l'ensoleillement et permet d'obtenir un bon état sanitaire des vignes. Les vendanges en vert permettent d'aérer la vigne (donc le raisin), ainsi que de concentrer les baies et de révéler le terroir avec plus de précision.
N' utilisant ni insecticide ni engrais chimique, Jean-paul Autard a une démarche résolument tournée vers le respect de l'équilibre naturel et de la bio-diversité.

In the mouth we have a wine with a nice roundness. On aromas of peach, candied apricot. A nice balance between the fatness of the wine and this little hint of freshness on the finish. Small notes of vanilla, roasted hazelnut due to breeding without being exuberant. A nice length in the mouth with a more floral finish (honeysuckle, sage).

The terroir of Domaine Paul Autard is largely made up of sand and rolled pebbles. Located between Courthézon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it benefits from a variety of geographical locations and exposures that are particularly favorable to the complexity of its wines.
The vines are 40 to 95 years old, with the "Côte Ronde" cuvée coming from a 90-year-old plot planted in a terroir of rolled pebbles and fossilized limestone blocks. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Muscardin for the reds, and Clairette, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc for the white wines.
Leaf stripping promotes sunshine and allows the vines to be in good health. Green harvesting makes it possible to aerate the vines (therefore the grapes), as well as to concentrate the berries and reveal the terroir with more precision.

Un naso con note di pesca bianca, pera. Pane abbrustolito.

In bocca abbiamo un vino con una bella rotondità. Su aromi di pesca, albicocca candita. Un buon equilibrio tra la grassezza del vino e questa piccola nota di freschezza sul finale. Piccole note di vaniglia, nocciola tostata dovute all'allevamento senza essere esuberante. Bella persistenza in bocca con un finale più floreale (caprifoglio, salvia).

Un bellissimo Châteauneuf du Pape bianco. Un vino che unisce potenza e grasso con una magnifica armonia, note di noci grigliate. La felicità in bottiglia. Una cuvée che si lascia qualche anno in cantina, ne uscirà ancora meglio
