Un nez sur des notes d'agrumes, framboise, cassis.

En bouche on a un vin frais avec une belle rondeur. Des arômes de cassis, griotte, violette. De légère notes de pamplemousse rose et zeste de citron qui apporte de la fraîcheur aux papilles. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une jolie finale sur des notes balsamique.

Un très beau Bourgeuil rosé qui accompagnera à merveille vos salades et plats d'été. Ou en sirotant un verre les pieds dans la piscine.

🗣️Description du @closdelabbayebourgueil 🗣️
Petit domaine, situé au pied de la forêt de Bourgueil et du Moulin Bleu, Joëlle et Michel Lorieux se sont installés en 1979, auprès de leur grand-père, vigneron à Chevrette.
Le domaine familial s’agrandit progressivement au cours des années. Jérémy, le fils, travaillant sur le domaine depuis 2005 s’est installé en 2011 avec ses parents afin de perdurer l’entreprise familiale et devenir la 4ème génération de vignerons dans la famille.
Le vignoble du Clos de l’Abbaye se compose d’une seule parcelle située dans le centre-ville de Bourgueil, dans l’ancienne Abbaye bénédictine. Ce vignoble bénéficie d’un microclimat particulier grâce à son sol de graviers à silex de 6 à 7 mètres de profondeur, un sol à la fois filtrant et réchauffant, mais surtout un vignoble protégé par ses murs. Un Clos dont bénéficie ce cabernet franc, ou breton, permettant de produire un vin typique des terroirs de graviers de l’appellation Bourgueil.
Depuis 1998, nous cultivons ce vignoble, sous les règles de l’Agriculture Biologique. Soucieux de préserver ce terroir si particulier à Bourgueil, nous essayons de limiter au maximum nos intrants, que ce soit à la vigne ou au chai.

A nose with notes of citrus fruits, raspberry, blackcurrant.

In the mouth we have a fresh wine with a nice roundness. Aromas of blackcurrant, Morello cherry, violet. Slight notes of pink grapefruit and lemon zest which brings freshness to the taste buds. A nice length in the mouth with a nice finish on balsamic notes.

A very beautiful rosé Bourgeuil which will perfectly accompany your salads and summer dishes. Or sipping a drink with your feet in the pool.

A small estate, located at the foot of the Bourgueil forest and the Moulin Bleu, Joëlle and Michel Lorieux settled in 1979 with their grandfather, a winegrower in Chevrette.
The family estate gradually grew over the years. Jérémy, the son, working on the estate since 2005, settled in 2011 with his parents in order to continue the family business and become the 4th generation of winegrowers in the family.
The Clos de l'Abbaye vineyard consists of a single plot located in the town center of Bourgueil, in the former Benedictine Abbey. This vineyard benefits from a particular microclimate thanks to its soil of flint gravel 6 to 7 meters deep, a soil that is both filtering and warming, but above all a vineyard protected by its walls. A Clos from which this Cabernet Franc, or Breton, benefits, making it possible to produce a wine typical of the gravel terroirs of the Bourgueil appellation.
Since 1998, we cultivate this vineyard, under the rules of Organic Agriculture. Anxious to preserve this terroir so special to Bourgueil, we try to limit our inputs as much as possible, whether in the vineyard or in the cellar.

Al naso note di agrumi, lampone, ribes nero.

In bocca abbiamo un vino fresco con una bella morbidezza. Aromi di ribes nero, marasca, violetta. Lievi note di pompelmo rosa e scorza di limone che dona freschezza alle papille gustative. Bella persistenza in bocca con un bel finale su note balsamiche.

Un Bourgeuil rosato molto bello che accompagnerà perfettamente le vostre insalate e piatti estivi. O sorseggiando un drink con i piedi in piscina.

Una piccola tenuta, situata ai piedi della foresta di Bourgueil e del Moulin Bleu, Joëlle e Michel Lorieux si stabilirono nel 1979 con il nonno, viticoltore a Chevrette.
La tenuta di famiglia crebbe gradualmente nel corso degli anni. Jérémy, il figlio, che lavora nella tenuta dal 2005, si è stabilito nel 2011 con i suoi genitori per continuare l'attività di famiglia e diventare la 4a generazione di viticoltori della famiglia.
Il vigneto Clos de l'Abbaye è costituito da un unico appezzamento situato nel centro del paese di Bourgueil, nell'ex abbazia benedettina. Questo vigneto beneficia di un microclima particolare grazie al suo terreno di ghiaia di selce profondo dai 6 ai 7 metri, un terreno che è insieme filtrante e riscaldante, ma soprattutto un vigneto protetto dalle sue mura. Un Clos di cui beneficia questo Cabernet Franc, o Breton, che permette di produrre un vino tipico dei terroir ghiaiosi della denominazione Bourgueil.
Dal 1998 coltiviamo questo vigneto, secondo le regole dell'Agricoltura Biologica. Ansiosi di preservare questo terroir così speciale per Bourgueil, cerchiamo di limitare il più possibile i nostri input, sia in vigna che in cantina.
