En bouche on a un vin très expressif, fruité, d'une belle douceur. Sur des arômes de framboise, fraises des bois, pèches sanguines, nectarine. Une belle rondeur en bouche avec une finale sur le pamplemousse et le zeste de citron qui apporte une magnifique fraîcheur en fin de bouche.

Un beau Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence qui allie fruité, gourmandise, finesse. J'ai vraiment adoré cette cuvée. 2022 est vraiment un millésime très gourmand qui donne des vins avec des fruits juteux et croquants vraiment très intéressants. J'adore. Un grand moment de bonheur cette dégustation.

🇫🇷🗣️Description du Domaine 🗣️🇫🇷
En agriculteur visionnaire et conscient des enjeux de son temps, Louis Ambrosio décide de maîtriser tout le processus de la plantation de la vigne à la commercialisation de ses vins. Aussi, il ouvre un nouveau chapitre de l’histoire de notre vignoble en Provence. En effet, il devient ainsi Vigneron Indépendant à la fin des années 1980. La réputation et le savoir faire du Domaine se sont développés avec ses enfants et maintenant ses petits enfants. Mireille Collomb, la fille de Louis, et sa famille veillent aujourd’hui sur 50 hectares de vignoble, à Lambesc. Un domaine en grande partie situé sur le versant sud de la chaîne des Côtes. Sur cette terre caillouteuse souffle le Mistral, un vent puissant bénéfique à la culture de la vigne.
L’histoire de notre vignoble en Provence se poursuit toujours sous l’oeil bienveillant de Louis. Mais c’est Mireille sa fille, qui avec son frère Daniel et son fils Sébastien, qui a repris les rênes du vignoble familial. Elle y est aussi entourée de Nicolas, Nathalie, Bruno et Corinne.
Et c’est avec cette belle équipe que nous construisons chaque jour à construire l’histoire de notre vignoble en Provence.
L’histoire de notre vignoble en Provence est liée à notre famille et notre passion. Le Domaine des Oullières est une exploitation familiale qui a voué son existence à la passion du vin. Chez les Ambrosio-Collomb, sept générations se sont succédées, fidèles à une tradition familiale qui a reçu l’amour de ce terroir en héritage.

As a visionary farmer aware of the challenges of his time, Louis Ambrosio decided to master the entire process from planting the vines to marketing his wines. Also, it opens a new chapter in the history of our vineyard in Provence. Indeed, he thus became an Independent Winegrower at the end of the 1980s. The reputation and know-how of the Domaine developed with his children and now his grandchildren. Mireille Collomb, Louis's daughter, and her family now watch over 50 hectares of vineyards in Lambesc. An area largely located on the southern slopes of the Côtes chain. On this stony ground blows the Mistral, a powerful wind beneficial to the culture of the vine.
The history of our vineyard in Provence is still going on under the benevolent eye of Louis. But it was Mireille, her daughter, who with her brother Daniel and her son Sébastien, took over the reins of the family vineyard. She is also surrounded by Nicolas, Nathalie, Bruno and Corinne.

Come un agricoltore visionario consapevole delle sfide del suo tempo, Louis Ambrosio ha deciso di padroneggiare l'intero processo dalla piantagione delle viti alla commercializzazione dei suoi vini. Inoltre, apre un nuovo capitolo nella storia del nostro vigneto in Provenza. Divenne così un Viticoltore Indipendente alla fine degli anni 1980. La reputazione e il know-how del Domaine si sono sviluppati con i suoi figli e ora i suoi nipoti. Mireille Collomb, la figlia di Louis, e la sua famiglia ora sorvegliano oltre 50 ettari di vigneti a Lambesc. Un'area situata in gran parte sulle pendici meridionali della catena delle Côtes. Su questa pietraia soffia il maestrale, un vento potente benefico per la coltura della vite.
La storia del nostro vigneto in Provenza continua sotto l'occhio benevolo di Louis. Ma è stata Mireille, sua figlia, che con il fratello Daniel e il figlio Sébastien, ha preso in mano le redini della vigna di famiglia. È anche circondata da Nicolas, Nathalie, Bruno e Corinne.
