🍇: 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

. 

👀: In the glass, it shines like a bright, light gold jewel, vibrant and lively. The bubbles rise in a tight column, like an express elevator, promising a lively pace

👃: First, a ripe apple dancing with candied lemon, then a hint of warm brioche. And behind that, a wink of stone fruit, like mirabelle plum jam playing hide-and-seek. A straightforward yet charming nose

.

👄: On the attack, it's taut, direct, almost "snappy." The Meunier brings generosity, the Chardonnay precision, and the Pinot Noir a backbone that says, "Don't worry, I've got this." The texture is fine, caressing, but with a mischievous little kick. The fruit/freshness balance is perfect, and the finish… ah, that finish! Long, lemony, slightly toasty, it lingers on the palate like a refrain you find yourself humming without even realizing it.

🍇 : 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

👀: Dans le verre, ça brille comme un bijou doré clair, vif, nerveux. Les bulles montent en colonne serrée, façon ascenseur express, ça promet du rythme.

👃: D’abord, une pomme mûre qui danse avec un citron confit, puis un petit filet de brioche tiède. Et derrière, un clin d’œil de fruits à noyau, comme une confiture de mirabelle qui jouerait à cache-cache. Un nez franc mais charmeur

. 

👄 : À l’attaque, c’est tendu, droit, presque « claquant ». Le Meunier apporte la générosité, le Chardonnay la précision et le Pinot Noir une colonne vertébrale qui dit « t’inquiète, je gère ». La texture est fine, caressante, mais avec un petit kick malicieux. L’équilibre fruit / fraîcheur est nickel, et la finale… ah, cette finale! Longue, citronnée, légèrement toastée, elle reste en bouche comme un refrain qu’on se surprend à fredonner sans s’en rendre compte.

Chez Godin Alexia, on a l’impression que le champagne a retrouvé sa façon de sourire.

C’est une maison qui ne fait pas de bruit mais qui vibre. Pas de façade bling-bling, pas de storytelling 

calibré : juste une énergie douce mais déterminée, du genre à croire que la précision peut être joyeuse et que le Meunier mérite qu’on lui parle avec respect. Tout respire le travail bien fait, le geste posé, l’envie de laisser parler la matière sans lui coller un costume trop serré.

Dans ses bouteilles, je ressens un truc rare : une élégance qui ne s’excuse pas d’être accessible. Des vins clairs, lumineux, avec cette petite tension qui réveille, mais aussi une tendresse discrète, comme une caresse sur l’épaule quand tu avais besoin d’un signe. Ça pétille juste, ça raconte la craie, ça file droit sans oublier d’être gourmand. Bref, c’est du champagne qui aime les gens.
